How long does selling the apartment and receiving the money take?

If the property has no complex legal encumbrances, we close the deal within 1–3 business days. In complex cases (arrests, bailiffs) — 3–5 days. You receive the money on the day the contract is signed at the notary, and an advance, if needed, right after you accept our offer.

Are you intermediaries?

No. We are direct buyers. We have been investing our own capital in real estate since 2006 and have bought more than 1000 apartments in Riga.

Are there any commissions or costs for the owner?

No. Riga Real Pro fully covers all the costs of finalising the deal at the notary, including the purchase contract, the Land Register fee and legal advice. You receive the full sum with no hidden commissions.

Can I sell the apartment if I live abroad?

Yes, it's our specialty. If you have an activated Smart-ID or eParaksts e-signature, we will handle the deal fully remotely under Latvian law. You will receive the deposit and the remaining sum online in your account.

Yes. An apartment can be sold with an outstanding mortgage — we will clear the remaining mortgage before the deal.
