This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use rigarealpro.lv or contact us.

2. What data we process
- Enquiry data: name, phone, property details (address/description, area, situation), urgency and, if you attach them, photos.
- Technical data: IP address, time of the enquiry, language choice.
- Source data: which ad or campaign (UTM, referrer) brought you to the Site — to understand the source of the enquiry.
- Anonymous statistics on Site usage (see the Cookie policy).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Respond to your enquiry, prepare a valuation and conclude a deal — steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Communication, fraud prevention and improving the service — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics and marketing tools — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, etc.).
4. Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the matter and the deal, and for periods required by law. If no deal takes place, we delete the data within a reasonable period (usually up to 12 months) unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Recipients
We do not sell your data. It may be processed by our service providers (hosting, e‑mail, analytics) under contract, and by a sworn notary and state authorities to complete a deal. Google/Meta tools are used only with your consent.
6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
If Google or Meta tools are used with your consent, data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
7. Your rights

8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. Enquiries are stored outside the publicly accessible part of the site.
