These terms govern the use of rigarealpro.lv (the “Site”), operated by SIA «Mežmalas 17 nekustamie īpašumi», reg. No. 40203030071, registered address: Rīga, Brīvības gatve 386 k‑2 – 25, LV‑1024 (“We”; brand “Riga Real Pro”). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
1. About the service
We are a direct buyer — we purchase apartments and other property in Riga and its surroundings with our own funds. We are not brokers and do not provide agency services. Information on the Site is for general guidance and is not a public offer.
2. Enquiry and valuation
By completing and submitting the Site form you request a free, non‑binding valuation and agree that we may contact you via the phone or e‑mail provided. Submitting the form does not create a sale contract.
- You confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are entitled to deal with the property.
- Any valuation is preliminary and may be adjusted after viewing the property and reviewing documents.
3. Concluding a deal
Binding legal relations arise only upon signing a notarised purchase agreement. Until then either party may withdraw without consequences.
4. Intellectual property
Site content (text, images, logo, design) belongs to Us or is used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent.
5. Liability
Information is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of Site information or for temporary technical interruptions.
6. Changes
We may amend these terms by publishing the current version on the Site.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia; disputes are resolved by the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
